The position

The role of Organizational Consulting Team Leader offers plenty of challenges.

Of course, the day-to-day management and coaching of the Organizational Consulting team

which consists of about 30 colleagues. You are their point of contact,

a manager and a sounding board all in one. So on the one hand, you

The Organizational Consulting team is part of the new Policy Department

Here's what we offer you

As a Team Leader in Organizational Consulting, you will join our team for 32–36 hours per week and

you can count on the following terms of employment.

  • A gross monthly salary of between €
  • €4,965 and €6,616 (scale 13) based on a 36-hour workweek. The

  • An employment contract for the
  • 1-year term, with the option to extend the contract thereafter
