As the Team Leader of the Learning and Development Operations Team, you are the driving force behind a customer-focused and service-oriented department. You understand that the success of an operations team depends entirely on a clear structure and efficiently designed processes. With your keen eye, you ensure that everything your team does optimally supports the organization and contributes to smooth and customer-friendly service.
The operations team will serve as a support department that provides centralized services to the organization in a customer-focused and efficient manner. This includes managing schedules, streamlining administrative processes, and implementing innovative tools such as a service portal. You’ll have the freedom to work with the manager to determine how this team is structured and which processes will be centralized. This means you’ll have the opportunity to help build, from the ground up, a department that is essential to Cordaan
