Team Leader, Meter Installation and Connections

A transformation project is waiting for you within our Small-Scale Consumption implementation chain. As a versatile team leader, you will guide your team toward delivering top performance. Within that team, you will manage approximately 20 technicians. You will ensure that they carry out operational tasks, such as meter replacements and connections. The focus is on future-proofing and customer satisfaction. We are building the energy grid of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as an installation team leader, you will play a part in this. Your responsibilities will include:

• coaching and developing team members to foster their personal growth and help them reach their full potential.
• Ensure the team's safety in a rapidly changing environment and ensure that safety standards are maintained.
• Implementing improvement initiatives within the team and ensuring their implementation.
• contribute to the annual planning, conduct tool inspections, and provide input for management team meetings.

•  At least a college-level standard of work and thinking.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• knowledge of operational management (e.g., LEAN).
• experience in change management (administrative and digital changes).

Better organized just for you

In return, based on a 38-hour workweek, you will receive:

• a salary ranging from €3,994 to €5,706 gross per month.
• Based on a full-time workweek, you receive an Individual Choice Budget (ICB) equal to 18% of your gross annual salary, which includes compensatory time off. If you do not work full-time, you are not entitled to compensatory time off and will receive 12.8%. You decide how to use this amount, whether for training, extra days off, or additional pay.
• a year-end bonus in December equal to 5.94% of the monthly salaries paid during the current calendar year.
• A pension plan with ABP, specifically for government and education employees. We contribute 70% of your pension premium.
