Financial Administration Team Leader (F/M/X)
36 hours per week
In the Financial Affairs Department, we deliver accurate and timely financial reports. These include interim results, annual financial statements, budgets, multi-year forecasts, and similar documents. The Financial Administration sub-department ensures that the records are updated periodically (depending on the process) and contain the correct data. This allows us to generate the desired information from the records.
What will you be doing?
The Financial Administration Team Leader manages the staff of the Financial Administration department (5 FTE). You ensure that processes are carried out completely, accurately, and on time. This department provides the input for financial reports. That is why everything must be correct. The team leader supervises and evaluates the staff. In addition, the team leader creates the conditions necessary to perform the work accurately and on time.

Terms of Employment The Financial Administration Team Leader will be appointed for a period of one year, with the intention of extending the contract. An assessment is part of the application process. Depending on education and experience, the salary ranges from a minimum of €2,940 to a maximum of €3,849 gross per month (scale 9 as of July 1, 2022), based on a full 36-hour workweek, excluding an 8% vacation allowance and year-end bonus. The Museum Collective Labor Agreement applies. In addition, we will provide you with a budget to set up your home office, and you will have unlimited opportunities for professional development and learning through an extensive e-learning package. Travel expenses are fully reimbursed starting at 5 km (up to €345).
