
As a team leader, you will lead a team of dedicated information specialists who provide support for teaching and research. You are the team leader we are looking for if you have experience guiding a team through a development process in a coaching and inspiring manner, working together with the team to shape our services. The Library is currently undergoing a process of organizational development. We have begun reorganizing the existing teams of (information) specialists to enhance the quality of our services and facilitate the further professionalization of our staff. The team you will lead will be part of this process. Your role is also part of this development.
As Team Leader, you will lead the UvA Information Specialists team. You will provide guidance and direction within the framework of the UvA/HvA Library Policy Plan. You will:
For this position, we are offering a contract for 32 to 38 hours per week for a period of one year, with a two-month probationary period. If you prove to be a good fit, this will be followed by a permanent contract. Your salary will range from €4,537 to €6,209 gross per month, based on a full 38-hour workweek, depending on your relevant experience at the start of employment. This excludes an 8% vacation allowance and an 8.3% year-end bonus. TheCollective Labor Agreement for Dutch Universitiesapplies.
