Everyone is welcome within the HR department, and we value the differences
among our colleagues—in age, background, gender, personality, dreams, and hobbies. All
these differences lead to better results for our organization and our
city. We’re interested in your talent, and we don’t think in terms of
limitations, but rather in terms of opportunities. If you need resources or accommodations to do your job well,
we’ll make sure they’re available. So whoever you are: you’re warmly
invited to apply for a position that appeals to you. The
selection committees are diverse in composition and know how to conduct
inclusive hiring. The scoring form we use has also been reviewed for these
aspects.
