This will be your job

As a Recruitment and Labor Market Communications intern, you’ll have the opportunity to grow within a diverse and socially responsible organization. You’ll support our recruitment team and contribute to our strategy for attracting and retaining talent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and posting compelling job postings on various (online) platforms.
  • Assisting with the implementation of our Recruitment Marketing strategy.
  • Coordinating recruitment processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Answer questions from candidates (particularly potential volunteers) and ensure a positive "candidate journey."
  • Analyzing recruitment (marketing) data and reporting results.

Who are you?

  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant program at a vocational or community college, such as HRM, communications, or a hotel management program.
  • You have an interest in recruitment and/or labor market communications.
  • You are self-reliant, a strong communicator, and proactive.
  • You’re good at connecting with people (including over the phone).
  • You areavailable for at least24 hours per week, preferably for a period of 5–6 months.
