What are you going to do?
As a senior
Legal Counsel – Legal Affairs Team Leader: You advise the organization on
the implementation and development of (grant) programs and other legal
issues. You maintain an overview and, together with a team of two, ensure that
lawyers ensure that laws and regulations are applied correctly. With

support and trust within the team.
You will provide a legal translation of the policy of the
Fund regarding subsidy programs and policy guidelines;
the executive board, the management team, the Supervisory Board
and colleagues regarding (strategic) legal and administrative
issues related to grants, HR, governance, and
contracts;
you can ask the legal team about colleagues' questions regarding legality at the
implementing policies and handling appeals and
appeals;
You provide results-oriented leadership to the two lawyers. You assign tasks and work
on a project basis, monitors progress, and implements personnel policy,
including performance reviews
What are you bringing?
Bachelor's degree in law;
experience as a lawyer and a broad knowledge of the law
with a focus on administrative law;
and an interest in grant or procurement law;
strong writing skills and excellent command of Dutch and English;
advice, without losing sight of the bigger picture;
through results-oriented and coaching-style leadership;
with a cheerful disposition to foster a stimulating work environment in the
team.
What do we offer you?
per week;
prospect of a permanent contract;
monthly salary in pay scale 12 of the Central Government Collective Bargaining Agreement (€4,691.07 – €6,907.67) based on 36 hours
