As Head of HR, you contribute to these efforts in the collective interest, in collaboration with fellow department heads and the executive board.
In your role as Head of HR at the City of Eindhoven, you will take strategic charge of internal HR services. This means you will be responsible for addressing both personnel and organizational development issues. Your expertise will be utilized to ensure that HR initiatives are seamlessly aligned with the organization’s broader objectives and to realize a forward-looking vision for our internal services.
A key aspect of your role is leading the ongoing development of our HR department. This means that you will not only drive innovation within the department but also ensure that these innovations are implemented in a way that is widely supported throughout the organization. You will work closely with various departments and teams to ensure that our HR services are perfectly aligned with the organization’s needs and goals.
In addition, you will serve as the face of the sector in management meetings. In this role, you will not only represent HR but also act as the crucial link between our city’s political vision and its operational implementation within the organization. Your role is essential in translating these visions into practical, actionable strategies that benefit both our employees and the residents of Eindhoven.
