Art.1 Midden Nederland—the statutory anti-discrimination body for the province of Utrecht—is looking for a new executive secretary. In this key role, you will make a direct contribution to equal treatment, strategic development, and the quality of governance at an organization with a broad social impact.

What will you be doing?
As secretary, you are the organizational and administrative heart of the board. You:
- Ensures high-quality decision-making and well-prepared board meetings.
- Coordinates schedules, documents, and meeting minutes.
- Maintains an overview of administrative processes and ensures transparent communication.
- Works closely with the president and treasurer in a dedicated, professional setting.
- Contributes to the strategic direction, integrity, and careful implementation.
