The Digital Trust Center (DTC) is committed to making Dutch companies more resilient to cyber threats and fostering partnerships in the field of cybersecurity. The Digital Trust Center serves as an information hub for the exchange of cybersecurity-related information and is currently the focus of significant attention from politicians, the media, and the public. You will work in a highly dynamic environment, which demands a lot from your personality! Additionally, in 2026, the Digital Trust Center will merge with the National Cyber Security Center to form a single large organization. This new institution will provide all organizations in the Netherlands—large or small, public or private, critical and non-critical—with appropriate information and knowledge.
For the position of Relationship Manager, we are seeking a team player with relevant experience who is eager to join us in fostering collaboration in the public-private sector. Specifically, this involves stakeholder management, organizing and facilitating various meetings, identifying and translating cybersecurity needs, and, where possible, addressing these needs through the products and services of the Digital Trust Center.
The Relationship Manager is a natural networker who acts as a flexible and customer-focused liaison between the Digital Trust Center and its target groups and partners. You demonstrate initiative and serve as the hub of the DTC by acting as an information broker at various levels. As a relationship manager, you identify the diverse interests (needs) of stakeholders within the private sector and leverage this knowledge to establish and further develop partnerships, thereby facilitating (cross-sectoral) information exchange.
The account manager has a clear focus on information sharing. They are pragmatic, task- and results-oriented, and adept at translating plans and ideas into actionable tasks. The account manager is versatile, making them well-equipped to fulfill the various roles required by this position.
Establishing and developing stakeholder management. This role focuses primarily on coordinating and supporting partners within the target group at the operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
You will actively work to make existing partnerships more effective and help develop new, future-proof partnerships to contribute to secure digital business practices.
Identifying trends in cybersecurity within a sector or region, mapping them out based on a thorough market analysis, and translating this into an actionable plan with targeted actions involving various stakeholders.
You will play a key role in the development and refinement of collaborative initiatives, products, and services that align with new trends and deliver added value to public and private organizations.
Coordinate, facilitate, and ensure substantive alignment of existing and new consultative structures, projects, and programs.
As a relationship manager, you identify where and how impact can be achieved. You work with your fellow relationship managers, cybersecurity advisors, and, where possible, the NCSC to assess and determine the desired impact, and you help develop and refine the strategy into activities, products, and services that align with new developments and create added value across various sectors. It is important that you have a flexible mindset; there are often conflicting interests and complexities, which you can effectively identify and manage.
You will be joining a team of three client relationship managers, and together you will take concrete steps to reach our target audience.
