You help improve our services and raise their profile by establishing connections and partnerships.
Justice is important to you. You have a soft spot for people who struggle to navigate the legal system. You enjoy using your creativity and communication skills to establish, coordinate, and ensure the effectiveness of various partnerships. With enthusiasm and energy, you help further strengthen our services.
Like us, you believe that everyone in the Netherlands should have access to justice. As Juridisch Loket, we make that possible by guiding people with legal problems toward a fair solution. To become even stronger in this regard, we want to collaborate more closely in the coming years with other organizations that work with us to make the law more accessible. This requires strengthening ties with existing partners and forging new connections. You will take on a proactive and coordinating role within our network, always with the goal of helping people as effectively as possible. In short: we have many ambitions to increase our visibility and improve our services. These ambitions require leadership, and that is why we are looking to you.
You have the skills needed to make our new vision a reality. You view society through the eyes of the people we want to help—those seeking justice. The problems they bring to us often have causes and consequences that other social service agencies can also help address. That is why, in recent years, we have been focusing more on the regions. There, we want to expand and maintain contacts with partner organizations. Together, we can accomplish more and prevent people from being sent from pillar to post. In this way, we make a greater impact together and work toward a more just society.
To do that, people need to be able to find us. That’s why we want to work on improving our visibility. Using data and other tools, you’ll identify where and how we can reach these people—and how we can ensure they find Het Juridisch Loket. In doing so, you’ll draw on your own creative ideas and find ways to tap into the creativity of our own team members.
You serve as the link between regional management and our existing and new partners in the Amersfoort, Utrecht, Leiden, The Hague, and Green Heart areas. You’ll work with your regional manager and three team leaders to establish partnerships and raise our profile in your region. You’ll play a key role in connecting the teams and network partners. In addition, you’ll be in regular contact with the other regional directors. No matter who you’re working with, you’ll share the knowledge and experiences you gain. That’s how we make each other—and our entire organization—better.
You’re a natural networker who can turn opportunities to help our target audience into policy and action. You’re energized by new connections and by the great results that collaboration brings. You understand that not all organizations operate in the same way and that there will be overlap in the types of support provided. This isn’t a problem for you because you can focus on the common goals. You closely follow social and political developments and draw a lot of information and inspiration from market research, reports, and other sources. When you see opportunities to improve our processes and methods, you speak up—whether asked or not.
You think and work at the university level, but applicants with an associate’s degree are also more than welcome. We’re primarily looking at your drive and skills as a networker and coordinator. You have a broad interest in social issues and are aware of what’s happening in the world of people seeking justice in your region. You’re familiar with working in legal services or the social sector, and you can explain why you’re the perfect fit for this role.
You will play a key role in an organization that makes a difference in society. This comes with appropriate compensation:
