You will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal colleagues and external partners, including the municipality. In addition to negotiating and implementing policy agreements with municipalities, you will be actively responsible for generating new business within existing municipalities, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and finalizing contracts.
You will manage operations with a focus on results, using KPIs such as participant intake and attrition to monitor the progress, quality, and social impact of our services. In addition, you will ensure the financial health of our locations by closely managing budgets, controlling costs, and efficiently allocating resources.
You will work closely with the board and the management team and be responsible for ensuring Refugee Team’s sustainable and successful growth in this region. In doing so, you will build relationships with local partners and organizations and translate strategic objectives into concrete results on the ground.
