Communications Project Coordinator

Through the Municipalities Fund, we work to support and encourage municipalities to become agile and vibrant

work. We do this through campaigns, learning networks, the development of tools, research grants, and other initiatives.

This will be

your role

As a Communications Project Support Specialist, you are the organizational backbone of the Communications, Data, and Online team:

• You will coordinate media planning and the delivery of materials
• You will organize and manage the image library
• You make and follow through on agreements

  pre-interviews, photography, etc.

• In consultation with colleagues, you will plan, draft, and send newsletters, mailings, and press releases, and measure the results
• You keep track of internal and external matters

  The A&O Fund for Municipalities applies its corporate identity and allocates resources to ensure that this is done correctly

• You will oversee the production of corporate, campaign, and promotional materials

  and manages inventory

• You create and maintain schedules and overviews, ensuring they are complete and up to date

Are you

• Well-organized, accurate

  and a strong communicator

• Digitally savvy, preferably

  Experience with Spotler,

  CMS, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe

• Independent, proactive, and curious
• Flexible and team-oriented

  between €2,693 and €4,374 gross per month

• A year-end bonus, travel allowance, and work-from-home allowance,

  laptop and phone, plus an annual flexible budget that supports personal development

• A one-year appointment with the possibility of extension
