Program and Partnerships Project Manager (32–36 hours)
The project manager is responsible for evaluating and overseeing projects, as well as managing relationships with the partners with whom the projects are carried out. There is also an opportunity to expand the number of partners and develop new projects. You have a passion for creative expression and believe that education and creativity are essential to everyone’s development. You are enthusiastic, a natural organizer, and can independently design and implement a project from start to finish, including monitoring budgetary guidelines.
You are the face of the foundation both internally and externally. You evaluate and select projects that meet the foundation’s criteria. Together with the board and the applicant partner, you help shape the project and define its scope. In addition, you handle the logistical details. You maintain contact regarding the progress of the projects and provide content for publication. You do this for approximately 20–30 projects per year. The projects and partners can be both national and international in nature.
You will also be responsible for the foundation’s financial administration, including the processing of sponsorship and donation requests.
In addition, you will oversee and manage the foundation’s art collection. You will develop initiatives to use the art collection to generate more revenue and visibility for the foundation.
You’ll have plenty of freedom and flexibility to do your work and develop new ideas so that the foundation can make a greater impact.
