Your job
Due to the departure of the current manager, we are seeking a new Program Manager for International Business. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional development of both individual team members and the International Business team as a whole. You will also be responsible for developing the content of the International Business curriculum. Building connections with researchers and with lifelong learning initiatives at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences will also be an important part of your role.
More specifically, as a Program Manager for International Business, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and empowering the International Business team in a way that fosters connection and inspires.
- To promote the development and innovation of the curriculum, in line with the university’s mission and educational strategy.
- Building, maintaining, and fostering relationships with regional, national, and international partners.
- Managing planning and logistics processes in accordance with financial and human resources.
- Teaching in the program.

- have a master's degree in a relevant field;

- speak English and Dutch fluently;
- are a professional with 21st-century skills.
In addition, it is important that you be able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) upon starting your employment.

- A gross salary ranging from €5,401.60 to €6,579.22 (salary scale 13 Cao HBO).
- A 24-month employment contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
