Your new position is at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in Zwolle, the Netherlands.

Your job

Due to the departure of the current manager, we are seeking a new Program Manager for International Business. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional development of both individual team members and the International Business team as a whole. You will also be responsible for developing the content of the International Business curriculum. • Leading and empowering the International Business team in a way that fosters connection and inspires.
  • To promote the development and innovation of the curriculum, in line with the university’s mission and educational strategy.

  • Teaching in the program.

Welcome to Windesheim

A university of applied sciences where everyone can feel valued and at home. We are committed to equal opportunities, and our strength lies in collaboration. We contribute to relevant research aimed at creating an inclusive and sustainable society. And we help new professionals launch their careers. We do this by developing personalized learning pathways for students and by continually adapting our educational programs to meet current needs. This is how we build the future together.

On our campus in Zwolle, there’s more to do than just work. We’re a vibrant community with a diverse group of people, plenty of activities, and a wide range of facilities. There’s a well-stocked campus store, restaurants, and cafes, and if you’d like to work out, you can use our gym or swimming pool. The campus is located just outside Zwolle’s bustling downtown area, near the IJssel River, and within walking distance of the train station.

You will be joining 16 colleagues on the International Business team. Your team is known for its passion for education and a strong sense of camaraderie. The team believes that close collaboration leads to better educational outcomes, stronger relationships with students, and greater job satisfaction among staff.

“It’s always wonderful to see how a person grows over the course of four years, from a student into a young adult who is ready for the international business world,” said Roel Geerts, lecturer in International Business.

Your contribution

Every person has their own unique background. And we believe that when differences come together, great results can flourish. So we feel it’s only natural that you’ll gain a lot of energy from working together. Additionally, for the position of Program Manager, International Business, we’d like you to demonstrate educational leadership and a clear vision for team development. In addition, you:

  • have experience with flexible learning;
  • have an international network;
  • speak English and Dutch fluently;
  • are a professional with 21st-century skills.

In addition, it is important that you be able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) upon starting your employment.
