- Together with your teams, you will translate the ambitions and objectives outlined in Deltion’s strategic plan and the TGO college plan into results-oriented team plans. You will provide guidance and coaching to help turn these ambitions into concrete actions. From these

- You will guide your teams through the changes needed to continue providing our students with future-proof and flexible technical education.
- You are able to organize complex processes, explain them, and make them manageable. You reflect on your own actions.
- You put people first and strive to bring out the best in both students and colleagues. As an energetic role model, you take a results-oriented approach while maintaining a human touch.
- You are a collaborative, proactive, and development-oriented program manager with a vision for education today—but especially for the future. You keep an eye on trends and relevant innovations and explore how to integrate them sustainably into our programs.
- You provide situational and strategic leadership to (senior) faculty members, instructors, and team support staff. In addition, you lead cross-team projects.
- You are a member of the TGO college’s management team and serve as the program director for several programs.
- Within the Zwolle region, the TGO sector is characterized as a diverse and dynamic sector. On behalf of the teams and the municipal executive, you will serve as the region’s public face. You will actively build lasting relationships with partners in the business community, social and other institutions, and the education sector.
What is our organization like, and what can you find here?
Deltion has 7 academic departments and 5 administrative units. The teams you will be working in are part of the Department of Technology and the Built Environment. As a program manager, you will lead these teams and, as a member of the management team, report to the director of TGO. You won’t be in this alone. Together with your fellow program managers, advisors, and team members, you will ensure sustainable, flexible, and future-proof education. We encourage innovation and taking risks.

- Have you completed a higher professional education (HBO+) or university (WO) degree?

Our offerings
The position of Training Manager is classified in pay grade 12, with a salary ranging from €4,452 to €6,488. You will initially sign a one-year contract with us, with the prospect of a permanent position. Your final pay grade will be determined based on your experience and education.
