A connector who enjoys interacting with teachers and students.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
House of Events (HoE) is a new event management program consisting of the Event Hand program (Levels 1 and 2) and the Event Producer program (Level 4). Together, these programs have over 200 students who are being trained for careers in the events industry. Real-world learning is integrated into all aspects of the curriculum, including through partnerships with various events in Amsterdam.
We are looking for a training manager with initiative and experience to join the HoE team. The team consists of professionals from the field and education specialists—a great mix for further developing the educational concept and ensuring that educational processes are properly established.
The pursuit of diversity and inclusion is a current focus within the team. Personal development is also a key value and forms an integral part of our educational program. As program manager, you will work with the team to set the broad direction for the coming years. You will lead educational development and innovation as well as educational processes, building a strong foundation—a foundation made even stronger by the solid connection between the three programs. You will ensure this collaboration runs smoothly. You will provide the necessary resources to deliver high-quality vocational training at various levels.
You will be part of the management team at MBO College Zuid. You will work alongside the other managers to implement the college’s educational vision and the ROCvA-F’s long-term strategy, with a focus on social innovation, inclusion, and sustainability.
