We are looking for someone with a proactive, collaborative, and flexible attitude. Someone who is a strong communicator both in writing and verbally, has a sense of humor, and shares knowledge through dialogue with a diverse range of stakeholders. Someone who engages in collaboration with the training department and the knowledge center. Someone who is attuned to social trends, is innovative, and is able to translate policy recommendations into concrete products. In short, a thinker and a doer! Furthermore, you are able to view issues from a diverse perspective, as is relevant in our changing society and the city of Amsterdam.
Who are we?
The O&O|FMR department consists of ten professionals who advise and support the academic programs, research groups, other administrative departments, the dean, and the director of operations within FMR. The department works on behalf of and provides solicited and unsolicited advice to the executive board, the academic programs, and the research groups, thereby contributing to the quality of higher professional education, practice-oriented research, and the connection between education, research, and professional practice. O&O|FMR consists of three core teams with diverse areas of expertise: Quality and Accreditation, Educational Development, and Student Affairs. As an educational advisor, you will join the Educational Development team.
