Central Client Council
The opinions of the people we support play an important role in providing quality care. They can influence the care they receive and, for residents of assisted living facilities, the environment in which they live. To make this possible, various forms of resident participation have been established, including the central client council.
The input of the Client Council is important for improving the quality of care and support. The Central Client Council consults clients throughout Kwintes and brings their experiences, wishes, and expectations regarding Kwintes’ care and services to the attention of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of Kwintes seeks advice from the Central Council. This usually concerns major changes in Kwintes’ general policy, partnerships, or organizational changes.
