Enthusiastic team members and a supportive management team focused on opportunities and development. A temporary appointment with the prospect of permanent employment. The position is classified in scale 12 (maximum €6,059 per month). In addition, you will receive an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, a vacation allowance of 8%, and a labor market allowance set at 6% for this school year. In addition to regular vacation time, you are entitled to flexible work hours and, of course, there are ample opportunities for training and professional development. You can also take advantage of various tax-friendly arrangements.

In addition, you are eager to work with your fellow team leaders and the principal within our management team to make an essential contribution to the development of our unique school.

Each grade level has the organizational autonomy and responsibility to manage its own coordination within the school’s framework. The grade-level coordinators are tasked with ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
All teachers are members of a department. In addition, everyone contributes to development activities based on the school plan. The team leader serves as the functional and educational supervisor of a team, is part of the management team, and reports to the principal.

What are your qualifications?
Of course, the most important thing is that you are capable of performing the duties described above. Indications of this include: experience as a manager in a similar, highly diverse environment; a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and an academic level of work and thinking; insight into the tasks and working methods of a school organization; experience in developing educational policy; proficiency in drafting and implementing action plans; management skills; and, preferably, a completed management program.
