The role

The core of your role is to manage and optimize partnerships between employers, (public) partners, and training providers to create new opportunities for career changers. We refer to these partnerships as ecosystems, which we establish in various regions to help people find work and ensure employers have access to sufficient technical staff. By 2025, at least five of these ecosystems will go live, and we are looking for someone who, together with the Operations team, will ensure that these ecosystems are operationally successful. 

A glimpse into your workweek:

  • Work with our Job Coach to ensure successful candidate support and identify and address areas for improvement in our approach
  • Support our Partnership Manager by ensuring that all partners know what is expected of them and encouraging them to contribute to the ecosystem
  • Develop plug-and-play formats to ensure successful onboarding and launch for our ecosystems
  • Ensuring that content in the region is up to date, such as gathering job opportunities (job openings) for career changers or organizing recruitment and orientation events 
  • Monthly analyses—both quantitative and qualitative—of how an ecosystem is performing, along with suggestions for improvement or support
  • Communicating constructively and critically with partners and the internal organization to continuously improve processes and collaboration
  • Initiating discussions with new employers, partners, and training providers to create additional career transition opportunities.

You will be part of the Operations Team. This team consists of professionals who focus on both acquiring and establishing regional ecosystems, as well as providing operational support to candidates and employers within the ecosystem. You will report to the Head of Operations.

  • Experience in recruitment, sales, or channel management
  • An interest in the energy transition and career changes into the engineering field.
  • Experience and interest in regional partnerships
  • You are up to date on the latest labor market trends

Terms of Employment

  • Employment contract: 32–40 hours per week, temporary contract with the intention of converting to permanent employment.
  • Salary: €3,500 to €4,500 per month (based on a full-time 40-hour workweek), depending on experience
  • Pension contributions, public transportation allowance, laptop allowance, phone/internet allowance
  • Location: Tuesdays and Thursdays at our flexible office near Utrecht Central Station (with free lunches and special offers); otherwise flexible
  • 25 vacation days + 1 ADE day
