This will be your job

You will work alongside the senior quality policy advisor to develop, implement, and ensure compliance with the quality policy at Victim Support Netherlands. You will ensure that the quality management system functions effectively, that information is up-to-date and accessible, and that colleagues know how to use quality tools. You will coordinate internal audits, assist with the preparation of reports, and manage the digital quality information system. You will also help update documents and work processes and organize meetings for the Quality team.

You will work closely with the senior quality policy advisor and under the supervision of the head of the administrative office. Together, you will ensure that quality is firmly embedded in the organization.
