TivoliVredenburg is a vibrant organization, brimming with music across every genre imaginable. In addition to our many concerts, we organize festivals, educational and discussion programs, corporate events, as well as digital content such as podcasts and radio shows. Our audience ranges from two to ninety years old. A lifetime of music for everyone!
We want our team to reflect the diversity of the community. We don’t care who you love, what you believe in, where you were born, or what kind of music moves you. What matters to us are your unique qualities. If this sounds like you, come enrich our team and get in touch!
Our dynamic program marketing team consists of 20 colleagues. Together, we handle the promotion of our entire program: approximately 2,300 productions per year. Each marketer has their own area of expertise, such as pop, classical, jazz, bynight, global, and knowledge & debate. We’ve been using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for some time now, which helps us run marketing campaigns that are increasingly targeted and tailored. Our goal is to sell as many tickets as possible and build long-term loyalty among music lovers. Since our programming mainly takes place in the evenings, we enjoy attending these events together on a regular basis. This helps us stay well-informed about what’s happening and who’s visiting us.
You are responsible for developing and implementing promotional plans that ensure optimal ticket sales. As a pop marketer, you will work closely with six other pop marketers; together, you will promote all pop festivals and concerts. From the moment an event is announced, you know how to reach the right target audience. You leverage your network for collaborations and know how to identify and approach the right people and media within a broad press network. You analyze the effectiveness of your (digital) marketing campaigns and make adjustments where necessary. Together with the programmer(s), you conduct progress analyses. You get a boost from identifying opportunities and attracting as many visitors as possible to the concerts and festivals under your responsibility.
The job requirements listed above give you an idea of the profile we’re looking for. If you don’t meet all the requirements but still think this is the perfect job for you, we encourage you to apply anyway.
We are offering a versatile position for 32–36 hours per week in a dynamic work environment with close-knit colleagues. This position is classified in pay scale 7 of the VNPF collective bargaining agreement and is available immediately. In addition, there are attractive fringe benefits (such as access to concerts, dance evenings, and festivals, travel allowance, and a pension plan).
TivoliVredenburg adheres to the Diversity & Inclusion Code and strives to build a team that brings together as wide a range of experiences and perspectives as possible.
Would you like to join our team? Please submit your resume and cover letter via our website by May 29, 2026. We look forward to hearing from you!
