About Lister

Lister Zorg is a healthcare organization dedicated to supporting people with psychiatric vulnerabilities. Lister strives to guide these individuals toward living as normal and meaningful a life as possible, fully integrated into society. Lister offers support in various areas, including housing, care, and counseling, with the goal of strengthening clients’ autonomy, resilience, and capacity. The organization operates in eight areas within the central municipality of Utrecht and the Lekstroom region. The Enik Recovery College is also part of Lister.

The position

As Real Estate, Facilities & Procurement Manager, you will lead a team of 19 colleagues and oversee day-to-day operations. You will centralize these activities and ensure they align with our strategic housing plan, project roadmap, long-term maintenance plan, procurement policy, and legal frameworks. You are responsible for reducing vacancy rates, sustainability initiatives, building safety, procurement processes, and more. Through your dedication, you ensure that our care resources are utilized to the fullest extent to support our clients’ recovery.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced professional with a degree in real estate, at least five years of relevant work experience in a management role, and a coaching, collaborative leadership style.
