Do you have leadership experience, do you thrive on balancing content, process, and strategy, and are you confident and self-assured? If so, we’re looking for you!
The CBF, the Charity Oversight Authority, is a development-oriented regulator for nonprofit organizations. We serve the public, as well as municipalities and charities. We grant Accreditation to charities that meet strict quality standards and monitor whether they continue to meet them. In addition, we share public data on Accredited Charities and serve as a resource for anyone who wants to learn more about charities. We contribute to the development of the sector by sharing our insights and expertise.
As a Supervision Manager, you will lead a team of 10 auditors in overseeing more than 700 charities and several donation platforms. You share our vision of development-oriented and principle-based supervision. You are able to work in a self-regulated sector and understand the implications of doing so. We are currently in the process of further developing risk-based supervision. You know how to implement this new approach and guide the team through it.
You are a member of the Management Team, contribute to shaping the organization’s strategic direction, and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
You are a good cultural fit, focused on building connections and helping people grow, and you enjoy driving innovation. You have a broad perspective on facts, analysis, and intervention, and you prioritize collaboration across disciplines and teams. You’re also able to switch seamlessly between the big picture and the details. In addition, you’re good at maintaining an overview and offering constructive criticism.
Our office space is colorful and open, communication is direct, and the atmosphere is relaxed. We enjoy learning with and from one another, which is why we value our differences. No matter what you believe in, where you were born, or who you love, you’re welcome just as you are.
