AsRecruitment Strategy & Flexibility Manager at the Red Cross, you’ll shape the future of recruitment within the organization. You’ll develop a strategy that works in practice—whether it involves flexible staffing during crises or building lasting connections between talent and our organization. Together with your team of ten professionals, you’ll create a powerful combination of people, processes, and partnerships.
You’ll be working in an environment where social impact, collaboration, and results go hand in hand. From employer branding and workforce planning to streamlining volunteer recruitment, you’ll bring vision, energy, and structure to the table. And you’ll know how to turn that into tangible results.
You will be part of the People & Organization Management Team and will work closely with colleagues in the areas of HR Consulting and Services, Learning & Development, and HR and Volunteer Policy. In doing so, you will help build a culture that attracts talent, fosters personal growth, and is ready to meet the needs of society.
