Everyone, regardless of background or interests, is welcome here to share knowledge, find inspiration, learn new skills, or discover their talents.

We offer a range of activities for adults to make reading easier, more accessible, and more appealing. We empower residents of our municipalities to actively contribute to public discourse. This can include local issues as well as broader social topics such as climate change, well-being, freedom, and democracy. We are innovative in the field of digital literacy and digital citizenship, focusing on topics such as AI, digital moral compass, and fake news, so that residents can navigate the ever-changing online society with confidence, skill, and resilience.

What are your responsibilities:

  • You will help develop the Library’s annual plan and long-term policy.
  • You build and maintain a strong network.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that (project) results are achieved.

You have:

  • A relevant degree at the associate's degree level or higher.
  • Knowledge of and experience with program and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An interest in reading, (digital) citizenship, and digital literacy
  • Knowledge of and experience with change processes and team development

And:

  • You are an innovator and a connector who works with partners to creatively translate the needs of the community into new opportunities, products, activities, and processes. You bring the right people on board and empower them to achieve the best possible results.
  • You ensure that processes run smoothly, that agreements are clear, and you motivate others to do their part.
