As a manager, you are a member of the

cluster managers team. Together, you will develop the strategy, the policy, and the

medium-term program concepts. In doing so, you’ll assess what’s happening in the market

what is happening and what needs young people have. In your own cluster

translate your strategy and policies into a comprehensive experience for the target audience at the

food offerings in the café-restaurant and the concept store. With a team of

five catering, rental, and retail managers and a head chef, you’ll be working on the

product range. You actively involve them in research on market trends,

inspire them with your ideas and work together to develop inspiring products.

You will also work closely with the target audience and external partners such as suppliers and

Job Requirements

• You have at least an associate's degree and relevant experience

  in the food service and hospitality industry.

• You have experience with policy and

  concept development and the translation of strategy into action.

• You have at least three years of experience with

  managing a team.

• You speak and write English well.
• You lead with an open attitude and

  You have a people-oriented style and a keen interest in other cultures.

• You keep up with the latest developments in the

  society and the target audience’s perspective, and can translate that

  toward a vision for product development.

• You like to take the initiative and act
