As Manager of Performance, Transformation, and Quality Management (PTK) at Asset & Product Management (APM) in Duiven, you will be responsible for APM-wide and cross-organizational programs aimed at improving the asset management and quality management system. You provide direction and leadership for change initiatives and know how to coach and mobilize people to achieve goals together. Together, we ensure that the Netherlands can rely on our energy network without worry. You help make the network more professional at Alliander.
As PTK Manager at APM, you will ensure the integrity of asset management responsibilities. You will oversee APM-wide and cross-organizational change programs focused on performance improvement, quality assurance, and strategic management.
You are responsible for ensuring that the asset management and quality control systems function effectively and can be verified. In this role, you will work closely with managers accountable for results, providing guidance, advice, and support.
As the person ultimately responsible for portfolio management and performance management, you will ensure that capacity and expertise are utilized effectively and that APM demonstrably contributes to Alliander’s strategic direction.
You operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and change. You translate policy into action, ensure implementation, and build support within APM. Externally, you represent APM in Alliander’s company-wide change agenda and work closely with colleagues from other strategic areas within Alliander, such as digitalization, customer processes, regulatory affairs, and data-driven asset management.
In this leadership role, you will set priorities and add tangible value to the energy transition. You will be a member of APM’s Executive Management Team and will be directly responsible for a team of 16 FTE (growing to 30 FTE), comprising, among others, Implementation Management, Internal Control, and Business Consultancy.

And you’ll be doing that in our Asset & Product Management (APM) department. Here, you’ll share responsibility for maintaining energy grids. APM manages, digitizes, and standardizes our network assets and our customer products. This covers all assets, from the meter in your meter box to the substation where high-voltage power enters. In addition, APM prioritizes Liander’s work packages and commissions them. APM fulfills our role as Asset Manager and all associated responsibilities regarding the quality and safety of our grid.
