Are you the person who can bridge the gap between data and finance to make a real difference in healthcare?
The healthcare sector is under pressure due to high demand and limited capacity. This requires careful consideration and tough decisions on a daily basis. Funding is complex—not necessarily more complicated than before, but structured in such a way that organizations must manage their operations with increasing precision. We are often operating on a knife’s edge. That is precisely why reliable and meaningful management information is indispensable.
As a Control Manager, you play a central role in making the organization future-proof. You bridge the gap between financial control, business control, and business intelligence, ensuring that data guides our day-to-day operations—not as an end in itself, but as a means to work together to deliver better care.
You are comfortable working at the strategic, tactical, and, when necessary, operational levels. You know how to translate data into concrete actions that contribute to better care and to achieving quantitative goals, such as increasing the number of clients we can effectively treat.
Does this sound like you, and would you like to apply your expertise in a setting where data directly contributes to better healthcare? If so, please apply and tell us how you plan to use data and financial management to help build a future-proof healthcare system.
As Manager of Control, you will provide direction for the organization’s financial and data-driven management. You will lead two teams (18 internal and 2 external professionals) and be responsible for Planning & Control and Business Intelligence.
Your responsibilities:
Planning & Control
Business Intelligence (BI)
Leadership & Organization-Wide Management

Together with your teams, you will build a mature control function in which business and group control, as well as business intelligence, reinforce one another and ensure clear decision-making, better management, and sustainable results.
