As Marketing Intelligence & Online Sales Manager, you play a key role in reaching as wide an audience as possible. You know how to use data and research to reach (new) visitors online, and you’re able to translate that knowledge into online campaigns.

As a hands-on manager, you will lead the Marketing Intelligence & Online Sales team. It is a young and dedicated team consisting of three specialized staff members: a Data Analyst, a Website Product Owner, and an Email/CRM Marketer. You will report to the Head of Marketing, Communications & Sales.
As Marketing Intelligence & Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the Concertgebouw’s online, data-driven marketing strategy. Together with the team, you will focus on online marketing, market research, data analysis, website optimization, email marketing, and CRM.
Your main responsibilities will be:
You will work closely with colleagues in the Marketing, Communications & Sales department, as well as with other departments within the Concertgebouw, such as Sponsorship, Venue Rentals, and the Concertgebouw Fund. You will regularly share the results of your research and analyses with the management team and the executive board.
