Are you ready to make a valuable contribution as a member of our revamped management team? Then we’re looking for you to fill the role of Manager of Social Initiatives & Positioning.
As a member of our management team, you will work alongside the Executive Director and other managers to shape strategic policy, ensure financial stability, and achieve the organization’s goals. You will enthusiastically engage your team, clients, and (potential) partners in the policies and developments both within and outside FlevoMeer Library.
AsManager of Social Challenges and Positioning, youareresponsible for developing an engaging and substantively strong program, as well as for the positioning and promotion of FlevoMeer Library. You will lead meaningful service delivery across the four social challenges: Literate Society, Participation in the Information Society, Lifelong Development, and Community. You will develop, innovate, and implement cross-regional policies and work with your team to develop programs and activities that make an impact (from vision to action). In addition, you will be responsible for the positioning and promotion of FlevoMeer Library.
A key focus of the role is to foster coherence among our social initiatives. In doing so, you will encourage collaboration between program and communications staff at our branch offices and within the team. The team consists of 17 colleagues, including advisors and program coordinators working on various initiatives, as well as communications experts.
