As a Senior Auditor, you are responsible for improving the quality and safety of our company for everyone.
The Quality Manager/Senior Technical Auditor is responsible for auditing and analyzing production processes, proposing improvements, and developing quality plans. Your role is to ensure and improve compliance and business results. In this position, you will be a member of the management team and will supervise two auditors. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Our workshop complies with an implementing regulation (EU 2019/779). We would like to maintain this certification. This involves agencies that conduct audits, such as IL&T (Inspectorate for the Environment and Transport). The senior auditor we are looking for will ensure that we continue to comply with the implementing regulation.
At Leidschendam Maintenance, we safely deliver trains to meet the NS schedule—and we’re proud of it! The trains are spotless and in excellent technical condition; we won’t settle for anything less. Our passengers expect and deserve this. We work 24/7 on repairs and maintenance for various types of rolling stock. At the Leidschendam maintenance facility, three train types are maintained: the SNG, SLT, and FLIRT-TAG.
You will be a Senior Auditor at the Maintenance Company in Leidschendam. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have five production teams, each consisting of approximately 22 technicians with various qualifications. Approximately 200 people work at the Maintenance Company in Leidschendam.
As a senior auditor, you will manage two auditors. Within the production teams, there are technicians who perform quality-related tasks under our supervision. We have a good working relationship with our quality colleagues in the three other Maintenance Companies and the various Service Companies within NS Maintenance & Service. We know how to find each other and make use of each other’s knowledge and expertise. The organization is in a state of constant change, with a focus on continuous improvement and the associated implementation.
