@ease is growing rapidly, and we are expanding our national coverage. We are therefore looking for a Quality Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for professionalizing the quality policy within @ease. You will work closely with the board and the director, and you will be part of the management team. Your focus will be on monitoring our methodology, improving and standardizing our processes, and supporting our 12 locations while preserving the unique identity of each location.
What are you going to do?
- In terms of your role, you are responsible for quality at @ease at both the strategic and operational levels. You serve as the point of contact, translate objectives into concrete actions, and carry them out in collaboration with your team.
- Ensuring consistent implementation of the @ease methodology. You will support and facilitate our 12 locations based on the growth model and ensure consistent implementation of our approach. The quarterly report provides an opportunity to identify issues, discuss them, and report on them.
- Coordinating and organizing training sessions for volunteers and professionals. You will streamline the organization of our training sessions to ensure they are optimally aligned with the ongoing influx of volunteers and professionals. You will work closely with the trainers to critically evaluate the content and ensure that knowledge and training materials are documented in a sustainable manner.
- As a substantive sparring partner, you will work closely with the board and the director of @ease. You will serve as a sounding board and advisor on quality issues and related policy development.
- As a member of the Executive Team, you will contribute to the strategic development of @ease and, together with other Executive Team members, help strengthen our shared vision.
- You lead a small team of professionals and know how to motivate and inspire them to prioritize the overall quality of @ease.
Who are you?
We are looking for an analytical and proactive quality manager with experience as a social worker. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a social work-related field and a network in the healthcare or nonprofit sector. You know how to ensure and improve the quality of services and methodologies. In addition, your communication skills—both verbal and written—are excellent, and you can adapt to all levels. Experience with leadership and process optimization is a plus.
And also:
- A completed relevant associate's or bachelor's degree;
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of quality management and experience in process improvement;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with different levels within the organization;
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and you enjoy working together toward a common goal.
- You have an interest in social, psychological, and societal issues, and you have experience leading teams.
