Challenges for the coming period:
- Implementing and realizing the Strategic Plan “Building a Home Together,” which sets out an ambitious agenda based on four pillars: Affordable Housing, A Home for Everyone, Sustainability with an Eye to the Future, and Belonging in the Neighborhood.
- Being at home in the neighborhood means building strong relationships with tenants, resident committees, tenant organizations, and network partners. We are also seeking to innovate our approach in this area. Area-focused work is becoming a priority and requires further development. We want to collaborate more effectively, coordinate projects, and be visible and approachable to the neighborhood and community. In the coming period, we will be working on building communities. You will help us figure out how to do that.
- You will contribute to the continued development of your teams, the Customer & Market staff, KIC, Social Management, and Leasing & Sales, as well as the Management Team. Customer and Market Department
The organization is divided into four clusters: Customer & Market, Real Estate, Operations, and Executive Staff. The managers of these departments, together with the Business Controller and under the chairmanship of the Managing Director, form the management team of Kennemer Wonen. The Customer & Market cluster employs approximately 30 staff members across four teams: Social Management, Leasing & Sales, Customer Information Center (KIC), and Customer & Market Staff. Three of these teams are led by a team manager.

The organization
Kennemer Wonen is a housing association in the Noord-Kennemerland region. Together, we are committed to creating diverse neighborhoods where everyone can find a home. To provide suitable housing to as many tenants and home seekers as possible, we will focus on offering a wide range of social housing units in the coming years. To achieve this, we aim to add approximately 1,500 homes to our portfolio by 2030. We will then have 12,000 social housing units in the region.
Kennemer Wonen employs nearly 100 people.
The salary range for this position is Scale N (€5,725–€8,422 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek) under the Housing Services Collective Bargaining Agreement.
