Ymere currently manages approximately 75,000 homes and is actively investing in new construction, improvements, sustainability, digitalization, and co-creation. As HR&O and Facilities Manager, you are the linchpin of two crucial departments with 40 dedicated employees. At Ymere, you’ll have the opportunity to foster a sense of ownership and create a culture that prioritizes employees’ talent and value. We are committed to providing a social, safe work environment and investing in our employees, their health, safety, and well-being.
As an initiator, leader, and advisor in the areas of HR&O and Facilities, you play a crucial role in strategy development and implementation. You identify organization-wide developments, translate them into concrete actions, and help translate Ymere’s vision and ambitions into the desired culture and an agile organization. You guide, coach, and inspire the HR&O and Facilities team to achieve optimal results together.

You have a clear vision of the HR&O field, are skilled at translating strategy into daily practice, and have experience guiding organizational development and cultural issues. You are a strong sparring partner and sounding board for the Facilities Manager.
There are a number of key priorities for 2024, and it’s up to you to take the lead on them.
