Kinderopvang Morgen is seeking a passionate Manager of HRM, Pedagogy & Quality to lead strategic initiatives and, together with the teams, shape the future of Morgen.
As HRM, Pedagogy & Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in further developing and shaping the future of Morgen! You’ll develop and implement HRM, pedagogical, and quality policies and translate them into concrete plans. By working closely with your teams and the managers on the front lines, you’ll effortlessly bridge the gap between strategy and day-to-day operations.
You will strengthen Morgen’s position as an employer in today’s challenging and tight labor market and contribute to organizational and staff development, talent management, and sustainable employability, with a focus on the employee experience. You will prioritize pedagogy and quality in all areas and optimally integrate people and digitalization to support the organization in a data-driven and efficient manner. You will lead a team of 20 professionals.

For this broad and responsible role, we are looking for an experienced manager who is well-versed in the field of HRM. You have a solid background in HR, preferably with extensive knowledge of pedagogy and quality processes.
As a manager, you are results-oriented—both strategically and practically—and oversee multiple departments. You foster collaboration and cohesion among the teams and ensure effective coordination.

Morgen is an umbrella organization for high-quality, local childcare brands and operates 40 of its own locations in the Rijswijk, The Hague-Ypenburg, and surrounding areas, employing 450 people.
Within the Integrated Child Centers, Morgen works as a collaborative partner with schools and other organizations. It offers customized solutions and shares a unified vision for the entire child care sector. In addition, it serves as a valued knowledge partner for various organizations in the region, including municipalities, schools, and other social organizations involved in children’s development and upbringing.

Morgen also offers an excellent benefits package, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for childcare. This position is classified in pay scale 13, with a maximum salary of
€7,258 gross per month, depending on your skills and experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a year-end bonus and 8% vacation pay. They also offer the option to work 4 days a week (4x9).
