As HR Manager at Pantar, you will have a strong focus on organizational development, in addition to leading your HR team. This is a complex challenge, as Pantar is an organization undergoing change. Within this context, a culture and leadership initiative is currently being developed at Pantar, for which you will serve as the project lead. Clarity and strong leadership will help the organization move forward in the transition that has already begun and that you will drive forward with determination. As a strategic advisor to the executive board, you will link the multi-year strategy to policy development in the HR field within this challenging context. You will bring a clear vision for HR and know how to turn resistance into positive developments.
As HR Manager, you will lead the Head of HR Services, senior HR Advisors, the HRD team, and the administrative secretary. You will be a member of the Pantar Management Team and report to the CEO. In addition, you will serve as a liaison to the Works Council, alongside the CEO.
The HR department consists of HR Consulting, HR Development, and HR Services, and is responsible for developing and implementing personnel and organizational policies to support Pantar’s core operations.
You are an experienced HR Manager, a coaching-style leader with a strong presence, and you bring extensive experience with the dynamics of transitions and reorganizations. You are a unifying force, you know how to build support, and you are able to translate diverse interests into a shared goal. Your profile also includes the following:
