Which fundraising manager will join our team? We are looking for a manager who can inspire and lead the team, and who can work with us to increase the growth and engagement of our broad base of supporters.
Who are we?
People around the world are fighting for equality. They are calling for a world that is sustainable, fair, safe, and inclusive for everyone. Oxfam Novib stands with these courageous people. Together, we tackle inequality at its root. We stand with the people fighting for equality.
What you will be doing
As a passionate manager, you will lead a team of 10–15 dedicated colleagues who work together on acquisition, (digital) growth, and engagement with our base of donors, small and medium-sized businesses, and supporters.
We have ambitious growth goals and are looking to innovate our fundraising efforts. You will be responsible for generating revenue through private fundraising, major donors, and strategic corporate partnerships that help attract more supporters to help us achieve our goals. You will collaborate internationally with other managers on global fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
You will ensure effective collaboration between your team and other engagement teams, such as communications, data, and campaigns. In addition to our work in the Netherlands, you will oversee Oxfam Sweden, a fundraising office in Stockholm. Through GIRO555 campaigns, we actively contribute to the emergency relief campaign, with rotating leadership. Of course, you will monitor the established budgets, objectives, and fundraising targets, and develop plans related to the donor program for acquisition, retention, and upgrading.
We believe that a strong support base can help us achieve our social goals of equal opportunities and rights for everyone. Do you share our vision? And are you ready to take on the challenge? If so, this position offers you an excellent opportunity.
