Do you enjoy breaking new ground, forming new collaborations, and strengthening or expanding existing partnerships? With the goal of giving more children in Kennemerland and Zaanstad a better chance in the job market? If so, we’d love to talk to you!
Kennemerland and Zaanstad are regions with great potential for JINC. Our target group is well represented there, and there appears to be a strong local willingness among businesses and local governments to support these children. The next step is to increase our impact on our target group in Kennemerland and Zaanstad.
In this role, you will serve as the public face of JINC Kennemerland/Zaanstad. You will represent JINC in discussions with our key funders, identify opportunities in the region, attend networking events, and ensure our visibility in the region. You will lead a team in this effort, working together to define a clear strategy and jointly expand and maintain the network in Kennemerland/Zaanstad, so that we can achieve our partner recruitment goals. In addition, you will work with your colleagues to assess the growth potential of projects in Kennemerland. It will then be up to you to determine how these can be financed and to coordinate this internally.
In addition to your focus on Kennemerland/Zaanstad, you will be part of the North Holland team. Together with the external relations managers in Zaanstad and Amsterdam, you will explore opportunities to increase visibility in the province of North Holland.
Since project implementation has been fully outsourced to other teams, we are looking for a manager who will further develop partnerships with various stakeholders in Kennemerland to help JINC Kennemerland grow; in other words, someone who is responsible for both attracting new partners and maintaining existing partnerships. The stakeholders you will be working with in this region include: municipalities within Kennemerland, foundations, companies, organizations, and networking or business associations.
Are you excited to make a meaningful contribution to JINC’s mission? Don’t hesitate— apply now!
Throughout the recruitment process—which begins with a phone call, followed by in-person interviews at the office and the completion of a case study—you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and enthusiasm.
We look forward to meeting you and finding out how you’d fit into our team.
