As a Case Management Manager, you play a crucial role in monitoring, ensuring, and continuously improving the quality of care across the entire spectrum of Forensic Outpatient Care.

What will you be doing?
You are the Treatment Manager for Inforsa’s Forensic Outpatient Care (FAZ) in the Central Netherlands. You provide substantive leadership to three treatment teams. Some of our clients receive forensic inpatient care, while others come to our locations for outpatient treatment. The teams are multidisciplinary. In addition, you work as a practitioner.
In addition to psychiatrists and clinical psychologists, we also invite nurse practitioners and mental health psychologists with a clear interest in management to apply for this position.
As a case manager:
- You will be responsible for the content of the treatment: based on Inforsa’s treatment philosophy, you will oversee the treatments and guide the professionals;
- Are you (jointly) responsible for further professionalizing our range of treatments and for developing and leading healthcare innovation;
- Together with the Operations Manager, you are responsible for the quality of care, productivity, development, and day-to-day operations of the teams;
- You will report to Inforsa’s executive management, which consists of a Director of Clinical Affairs and a Director of Operations;
- You are skilled at effectively leveraging our partnerships with stakeholders both within and outside the forensic healthcare sector.
As a practitioner:
- You provide up to 16 hours of treatment to clients per week, depending on the scope of your employment;
- Do you have the expertise and experience, and do you stay up to date on developments in your field, enabling you to provide our clients with the right care?

We offer you
- We offer an employment contract for a minimum of 28 hours and a maximum of 36 hours per week. For 20 hours per week, you will serve as a content manager, and for the remaining hours, you will work as a treatment professional at Inforsa;
- The terms of employment and compensation are in accordance with the GGZ Collective Bargaining Agreement. As a psychiatrist, you will receive a 5% management bonus. As a clinical psychologist, you will receive a salary equivalent to FWG 75, plus a 5% management bonus, and as a mental health psychologist or nurse specialist, you will be placed in FWG 70;
- An end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, 8% vacation pay, and you’ll accrue pension benefits through the Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn;
