Fonds 21 is an enterprising foundation that aims to make a positive contribution to today’s society by providing financial and substantive support to initiatives. With an annual grant budget of over 11 million euros, we support art projects, educational programs, and initiatives that improve social opportunities for young people. We support both large and small projects throughout the Netherlands.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing administration, finance, and internal control, as well as facilities management, IT, and HR processes. As Operations Manager:

As Operations Manager, you will work with the consultants, the project coordinator, the executive director, and colleagues on external communication and knowledge sharing. You will oversee administration and finances and report directly to the executive director. Our office is located in the Creative Valley building on Orteliuslaan in Utrecht. The building is wheelchair accessible.
You are a reliable, open-minded, and curious team member who enjoys working on managing and optimizing business processes. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. You have strong analytical skills and can quickly switch between different topics. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The workweek is Monday through Thursday. We offer a one-year contract with the possibility of permanent employment. The salary ranges from €4,000 to €6,000 (based on a 38-hour workweek), supplemented by competitive benefits.
