You also have a college or university degree (in finance) and possess a no-nonsense attitude and a good sense of humor.

What will you be doing?

• You will report directly to the director and be a member of the management team.
• You will contribute to organizational and financial policy. You will also serve as a sounding board for the director/CEO and your fellow Management Team members.
• Your focus is primarily on the tactical/strategic level, and when necessary, you’ll step in to help out on the operational side as a member of the team.
• You will initiate, participate in, and oversee the process of developing the annual budgets for housing and welfare.
• You will have overall responsibility for the financial and administrative organization, including financial reporting, treasury, annual financial statements, multi-year budgets, market value calculations, and the financial feasibility of projects.
• You will coach and mentor your team of four professionals in this regard.
• You will maintain relationships with external partners, including AW, Aedes, the accountant, the municipality, and other housing associations.

• Depending on experience, we offer a salary range of at least €4,500 to a maximum of €7,000 (under the Collective Labor Agreement for Housing Services and the Collective Labor Agreement for Social Work)
