Site Manager, Venlo
In Venlo, we are looking for a site manager who will lead the team and serve as the point of contact for both internal and external partners, including the municipality. You will combine strategic insight with a coaching leadership style and build strong partnerships in the region.

About the role
Refugee Team is a fast-growing social enterprise with approximately 90 employees. As a site manager, you are responsible for day-to-day operations at the Venlo location and lead a team of coordinators, coaches, and social workers. As a site manager, you are the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, including the municipality. Entering into and implementing policy agreements with the municipality falls under your responsibility. You coach and mentor your colleagues and are also able to build bridges with local partners and organizations.
Profile
- You have experience managing a team.
- A strong and reliable person with a sense of responsibility toward both your colleagues and our participants.
- You are able to maintain a clear overview in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience working with local governments is a plus.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Integration Act and related regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
We offer
- Contract for 32 to 40 hours.
- Starting salary in accordance with the Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement, pay scale 11.
