The RINO Group is a leading training organization in the field of mental health care. With a broad range of training programs, a strong network of top-tier instructors, and a social mission, the RINO Group supports professionals who work with people with mental health challenges in their lifelong learning. Driven by this social mission, the organization is evolving into a flexible and innovative training provider that remains at the forefront of current developments. The mental health care sector is undergoing significant changes. Demand for care is growing, the labor market is under pressure, and training structures are evolving. At the same time, society’s focus on mental health is expanding to include the social sector, education, and primary care. The RINO Group is responding to these developments by broadening its range of training programs and placing a stronger emphasis on digital innovation and knowledge sharing.
Within the organization itself, significant investments are being made to modernize operations: financial processes are being streamlined, the IT infrastructure is being upgraded, and information security and GDPR compliance are receiving extra attention. For the Supervisory Board, this means that its oversight role regarding these issues will be carried out in a more robust and strategic manner.
The board is looking for a strong sparring partner who contributes substantively and maintains a calm demeanor. You oversee financial and digital initiatives, assess whether risks are adequately mitigated, and ask the right questions of management. At the same time, you are a team player who sees the bigger picture and gives colleagues room to operate within the collaborative oversight process. You are available to serve on the audit committee and preferably have experience chairing a committee or board.
The Supervisory Board of the RINO Group consists of six members with diverse backgrounds. The board works together on the basis of equality, openness, and reflection. Each member contributes his or her own expertise, but there is also active listening among the members. There is room for debate, but also for humor and putting things into perspective. The team values diversity of perspectives and is specifically looking for someone who complements the current composition.
The Supervisory Board meets approximately six times a year, not including committee meetings and special sessions. Effective January 1, 2026, the compensation for a member of the Supervisory Board is €9,200 per year (in accordance with 75% of the NVTZ recommendation).
