In a rapidly changing world, we are pursuing our ambitions with renewed energy and a keen eye. Inspired by Schiedam’s fresh housing vision, “Growth as an opportunity for the city,” we are doing everything we can to offer Schiedam residents—especially those with limited purchasing power—a home in livable, diverse, and sustainable neighborhoods. We adapt as flexibly as possible to our tenants’ wishes, optimize our real estate portfolio, and introduce smart programs such as the senior housing transition program. But above all, we are there for every tenant on a personal level: we look along with you, think along with you, and step in where needed. Woonplus’s promise is clear and sincere: “We live with you.”
