Woonbron endorses the Housing Association Governance Code and adopts it as
the guiding principle in its operations. Woonbron’s day-to-day management is
determined by the Board of Directors. In its decision-making process, the Board of Directors involves
the recommendation of the management team (MT). The Supervisory Board (SB) has
is responsible for overseeing the board's policies and financial
situation, the general state of affairs within Woonbron, and its
affiliated subsidiaries. The Supervisory Board advises the Executive Board.
In carrying out its duties, the Supervisory Board focuses on the interests of Woonbron,
the public interest and the interests of the relevant stakeholders. The Supervisory Board
carefully balances the various interests. The Supervisory Board acts
as a council with shared responsibility. This means that all
members of the Supervisory Board are jointly responsible for decisions that are

Committees
Woonbron’s Supervisory Board has a number of special committees, namely the

is responsible for advising the other members of the Supervisory Board and for decision-making

Nomination Committee Members (Tenant Representatives)
Woonbron’s Supervisory Board has two tenant representatives: they are appointed on
nomination by the tenants' representative. Woonbron is collaborating with five
tenant organizations, one for each of our service areas. These
Tenants' organizations can use this right of nomination to influence the

with the tenant organizations. The tenant representatives have a

The compensation for members of the Supervisory Board is determined with due regard to
applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the Internal Remuneration Code
Supervisors from the Association of Housing Association Supervisors.
