Due to the relocation of one of the members of the Supervisory Board, a vacancy for a Supervisory Board member with a focus on housing will arise as of September 2023. This member of the Supervisory Board will be appointed upon the recommendation of the tenant organization HV Woonbelang and will also serve as a member and chair of the Compensation Committee.
Oosterpoort rents and manages over 5,000 homes in the municipalities of Berg en Dal and Heumen. We provide a comfortable home for our tenants. That means more than just a roof over their heads. It also involves a comfortable living environment, a home that meets their housing needs, affordable monthly costs, and a pleasant neighborhood. We are here for people who cannot secure housing on their own—for example, due to low income, special care needs, or an urgent need for housing. We have big ambitions and plan to build hundreds of new homes in the coming years while making our existing portfolio more sustainable.
Tenants’ Interest Organization
Oosterpoort considers the tenants’ organization HV Woonbelang to be a key stakeholder. HV Woonbelang represents the interests of all Oosterpoort tenants and serves as a reliable partner in dialogue. In this way, the tenants’ organization plays a vital role in ensuring that current and future tenants can continue to live in pleasant, affordable, and safe housing.
