De Goede Woning faces major challenges and is taking decisive action to address them. These include accelerating new construction and sustainability efforts, adding housing through innovative models, providing housing for special target groups, addressing the growing integration of housing and care, and strengthening ties with tenants, network partners, and neighborhoods. Following a reassessment of public housing challenges in Apeldoorn, De Goede Woning has refined its course in the strategic compass ‘Moving Forward Together as Neighbors’.
